White collar crime is ever evolving as it intersects with advances and changes in technology, regulation, and politics, among other areas. The white collar crime sessions of the symposium are designed to address both the evolving social justice landscape and the trends in enforcement related to non-violent economic crimes.

Our panels “Social Justice Developments in White Collar Crime” and “White Collar Crime Enforcement Trends,” focus on how social justice concerns are reshaping the discourse and policies surrounding white collar offenses as well as the contemporary enforcement strategies and emerging patterns in the investigation and prosecution of white collar crimes.
