Two news items today highlight that the white collar area continues to be a key component of the criminal justice system. In Atlanta we see a Fulton County Grand Jury issuing indictments for claims that an alleged test cheating scandal involves criminal activity. I think white collar crime is something that will have a hard time going away. Also with more money floating around now with the economy doing better, one would think that there will be some increase in this.
