Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald has moved forward in the leak investigation, but according to AP here,this time it will be with a new grand jury. In the meantime denials will probably be surfacing, with claims by officials that they are not Woodward’s source.  For example, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice issued a statement as reported in the NYTimes here that she is not the source in the leak investigation.
